New Yorkers Join Team Blackman at New York Comic Con
Comedic Caped Crusader Brings His Larger than Life Characterization to the Big Apple

Our Soulful and comedic caped-crusader; Blackman, set his site on the city of Gotham recently to meet fans at the New York Comic Con. When Blackman flies in for an event, you can expect off color interviews, (pun intended) and hilarious reactions to his super hero shenanigans. The New York Comic Con was no exception.
Most people aren’t sure how to react when they see the larger than life Super Hero Blackman, because he challenges us to acknowledge our own stereotypes. Will they engage with Blackman, join his team that shares love and unity or diss him? Well, everyone knows that New Yorkers love originality, so of course they embraced our caped crusader and showed him love. Among those joining the fun was the legendary musician Darryl McDaniels of Run DMC.

About Chris Fraley aka Blackman
Comedian Chris Fraley, took his first acting class in 1995 but he’s been acting (a fool) all his life. He has worked behind the scene with many actors. In 1998 after a two year hiatus from acting he was in the studio with Danny Glover who told him he needed to return to his calling, “because you only live once.”
Knowing he had the ability to make people laugh he tried stand up comedy. His first gig was in Stamford, Connecticut where he was unceremoniously booed off the stage by a church group-yes (A Church Group). That’s when he really knew he was funny!

Chris has since performed in many comedy clubs and has turned to comedic acting for more exposure on the Internet. One of his most rewarding comedic experiences was when he made Whoopi Goldberg belly laugh in the studio.
