Police released surveillance video of the silver SUV on Tuesday. Tutson's family also issued an emotional video appeal for any witnesses to come forward.

"If somebody out there can help us understand what happened, who did it? What happened," said a family member. "She loved her children ... She was a very involved mother — very involved with her children, with schooling, taking them on trips."
