AT&T Opens Its First Pop-up Stores in South Florida

Company also rolls out its first mobile store in Florida

AT&T is bringing its services closer to home for South Florida residents, as families prepare for back-to-school shopping.

The company just opened 3 new small-footprint, full-service pop-up stores at Dadeland Mall, Miami International Mall and Sawgrass Mills. The locations, open through September 9, will be convenient for shoppers as they gear up for the new school year with the latest accessories, smartphones, data plans and DirecTV Now streaming service.

The Sawgrass Mills store is located across from the J.Crew store and in front of Burlington. The Dadeland Mall location is near Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Miami International Mall pop-up store is between Express and Bath & Body Works.

AT&T pop-up stores look similar to other new AT&T stores, but they’re smaller and require much less construction and wiring. AT&T is evaluating several additional markets for pop-up stores.

The AT&T pop-up stores will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

In addition, AT&T just rolled out its first AT&T mobile store in South Florida. The mobile store will be used at community events and in situations, like post-hurricanes, where it’s difficult for people to get to stores.

The pop-up and mobile stores are part of AT&T’s strategy to reach customers where they are.
