Teen Steals Lamborghini, South FL Man Chases On Scooter: Report
A Miami Beach man on a scooter chased after a 14-year-old who stole his Lamborghini SUV worth $200,000, reports said.
MIAMI BEACH, FL — When a Miami Beach man noticed someone driving off in his Lamborghini Urus Tuesday night, he immediately hopped on a scooter and chased the SUV thief for several blocks.
“I’m in my home. I hear this thing start up. I look out the window, and I see somebody driving it away. I got on the scooter, went after the guy,” Chris Sander told WSVN.
The thief — who police later learned was just 14 years old — eventually ditched the Lamborghini, which he parked on Bay Drive near 71st Street, reports said.

The teenager ran up to a nearby homeowner sitting on his porch and asked him for advice.
“He said, ‘I stole a Lamborghini just now,'” Andre Kalinine told WSVN. “‘I don’t have a license. I can’t drive.’ I didn’t know if he had a weapon. I wasn’t sure how crazy he was. I was trying to talk and calm him down. He asked me for advice. He’s like, ‘I’m 14. I don’t know what to do.’ ‘You’re better off turning yourself in. They’re going to go much, much easier on you.'”
