MIAMI, FL — Former President Donald Trump is suing Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, among others, and is accusing them of conspiring to cripple his 2016 presidential election bid, according to court documents obtained by Patch.

In the lawsuit, Trump accuses Clinton and the DNC of falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement and exploiting access to highly sensitive data sources in an attempt to create a false narrative that Trump "was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty."

Trump filed the lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida.
