• Multi-Phase ‘Artisan Pointe' Undergoes Construction at 26115 S Dixie Hwy, Homestead, FL (floridayimby.com) — A major new affordable housing complex is rising in Miami’s Naranja neighborhood, with construction on Artisan Pointe already underway and first apartments expected by early 2028. The multi-phase project near S. Dixie Highway will reserve units for lower-income households and add amenities like a fitness center and work-from-home spaces, alongside another large Naranja project, Infinity Garden Apartments.
