14-Year-Old Arrested For Hitting Mother In Head With Baseball Bat

A 14-year-old Holiday boy was arrested after he struck his mother in the head with a baseball bat and kicked his brother in the ribs.

HOLIDAY, FL -- A 14-year-old Holiday boy was arrested after he struck his mother in the head with a baseball bat and kicked his brother in the ribs.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, on March 13 the teen attacked his mother and brother after being accused of stealing money. Other family members witnessed his actions.

He did not qualify for the youth diversion program because he used a weapon and refused to admit guilt.
