34-Year-Old Port Richey Man Killed In Crash On U.S. 19

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL --A 34-year-old man was killed Thursday morning when he lost control of his car on U.S. 19 south of Stahl Drive.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 2:14 a.m. May 2, William Joseph Henion of Port Richey was driving his Volkswagen Jetta north in the inside lane of U.S. 19 when he lost control. The car rotated, left the road, entered the east shoulder, overturned and collided with an electrical box and a concrete pole.

Henion died at the scene.
