'Kokopelli'
Among the Hopi tribe, Kokopelli is known as the fertility god. Kokopelli's
flute playing is said to chase away winter and bring about spring. The Zuni Tribe
associate Kokopelli with rains and frequently is depicted with another flutist
in maize type ceremonies.
