The Tarpon Springs Flotilla of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary gives "About Boating Safely" courses the second Saturday of every month at the Turtle Cove Marina in Tarpon Springs (at the west end of the Sponge Docks/Dodecanese Blvd). Cost is $40 pp and includes materials. Especially valuable for new boaters and young adults but appropriate for everyone who wants to stay safe on the water.
