Community Resource Partnership is an alliance of professionals with expertise in aging and health care issues and a free community resource.
Join us for an informal afternoon and panel discussion on “Aging and Life Care Planning”. Learn about life care planning options through the natural progression of aging and its impact on an elder’s health, mobility, housing, and financial resources. CRP professionals discuss options for seniors and their families to plan, pay for and coordinate long-term care.
