ALDI Plans 2 Hiring Events

Job seekers with a desire to launch a career in the grocery industry might want to mark their calendars.

ALDI, the discount grocer, has two hiring fairs coming up. With roughly 20 open positions at stores in the Port Richey, Largo, Holiday and Clearwater areas, the fairs are hoped to attract a number of potential candidates, WFLA reported. Open positions range from store associate to manager trainee. The posts pay between $10.50 and $21 an hour.

The schedule for the hiring events, according to the ALDI website, is as follows:

• Dec. 16 – This fair takes place at the Aldi store in Port Richey, 6815 Cinema Drive, according to the ALDI website. It runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Jan. 6 – This fair will be staged at Quality Inn & Suites, 5316 U.S. 19. It’s scheduled to run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
