Letter from State Representative Mike Fasano to Jack Nicholson, COO of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund

Attached is a letter from State Representative Mike Fasano, as Chairman of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, to Dr. Jack Nicholson, Chief Operating Officer of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.  In the letter Chairman Fasano calls upon Dr. Nicholson to correct the CAT Fund’s statutory overreach which will result in dire economic consequences to condominium owners and residents.
