This guy can pass out on my property ,that's ok because I'm not legally allowed to put a fence around it unless it has free standing building. It is commercial property on us 19 , This looks better than a fenced in prime piece of Real Estate ? If he gets hurt on my property I'm Responsible, but yet I am not legally allowed to fence the property to keep these bums out? And you have the nerve to ask what is wrong with West Pasco?
