NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Investigators are looking for a man who angrily threw a cup of hot coffee at a Dunkin employee Sunday morning, the New Port Richey Police Department wrote in a Facebook post.

The man was given an extra cup of coffee while in the drive-through of the coffee shop at 5524 U.S. Highway 19 around 8:45 p.m.

He “became irate” and threw the hot coffee at the employee’s face, causing it to blister, police said.

He was driving a silver four-door SUV at the time of the incident.
