NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony in Sims Park will take place virtually. A remembrance video will be played each hour on the hour from noon to 7 p.m. on the city’s video boards in Sims Park, cable access channels and the website on Friday, Sept. 11.
