Country of origin: France, Botanical name: Mentha piperita. Steam distilled. Plant part: leaf. Its aroma is strongly piercing, refreshing, minty and very herbaceous.

The oil also contains menthone which makes it an effective and natural pesticide. 

Blends well with cedarwood, cypress, lavender, niaouli and pine.
