Black Friday Shoppers-make sure PCAS is the first stop on your list!! We will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 12:00 noon-4:30 pm (closed Thursday and Friday) and adoption fees on black pets will be 1/2 price!! What a deal!! We have many black dogs and a whole bunch of black cats, so come by the shelter and bring a new pet home for the holidays!
