June is Gay Pride Month!

June is Gay Pride Month and we at Be The Light of course are glad to be celebrating Gay Pride with the local GLBT community.

Our religious teachings teach us that God loves EVERYONE unconditionally - and as such we perform weddings for same sex adult couples as well as heterosexual adult couples.  We will even be performing a ceremony for any same sex couple who wants to exchange vows during St Pete Pride on Saturday June 29 for FREE!

God brought us all here to love unconditionally.  God promised Noah after the great flood that he would never destroy mankind again, it was a mistake to do so in the first place.  BUT God did not say that he would not interfere.  We have over populated the planet, we have polluted the environment and we have exhausted the resources we have been given to thrive as spiritual beings in physical form.

SO - God has interfered once again by creating GAY PEOPLE!!  Most do not procreate and yet are productive parts of society.  Yes some do procreate because they were in the closet hiding their true feelings.  Some do get the urge to have children so they adopt or have surrogates.  This is God's plan.  Gay prople are all around you and sometimes you might not even know it. It's God's way of population control.  I know what your thinking - that's crazy, why would God do that?  God is trying to help us whether some people realize it or not.  God created this planet so we can flourish - but we have over done it, we have abused the gift that he has given us and if God did not interfere again we will end up destroying not only ourselves but the planet.

As beings created by God, he even accepts the fact that gay people do fall in love with each other and want to committ that love in front of him through marriage.  Marriage after all is the committment of love between 2 loving adults.  It is not just to have children.  People have been having children out of wedlock since the beginning of time.  Besides, how are 2 elderly people suppose to have children at their ages?  Yet they get married - WHY?  LOVE!!  Plain and simple LOVE! Unconditional LOVE!

And I hear those who say what about AIDS.  That it's God's punishment.  One must get rid of their ignorance and be educated to realize that AIDS affects more heterosexual people than it does gay people.  It is not God's punishment.  It's a disease, plain and simple, like any other disease out there. 

It is that same love that we at Be The Light embrace for all adult couples who want to committ that love in front of God.  For God loves you unconditionally and so do we!  Stand tall and stand proud and if you want to exchange vows contact me for more information and join us on June 29'th for St Pete Pride as we march along side you proudly - and as we perform a mass wedding ceremony for same sex couples as part of that celebration.
