Looking for something to do with the kids on Thanksgiving weekend? Take them out to Crews Lake Wilderness Park in Shady Hills for the Touch-A-Truck event.
The event runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 25, and the kids will love it. Cost is $5. for adults, $3 for children with a maximum of $25.00 per immediate family.
There will be fire trucks, police cars, wreckers, bulldozers and more. And, the best part, you can ride the 7.5 gauge Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad free all day. You can look in and climb on and over all the trucks.
The event is sponsored by Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad and New Port Richey Rotary Club. Crews Lake is just north of SR 52 and east of the Suncoast Parkway.
