Update: Brother of Slain Child Located
The 13-year-old was reported missing on Wednesday.

Update Feb. 11, 5:50 p.m.: The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that Dominic Putnam was located safe and sound early Wednesday evening.

Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies are asking area residents to keep their eyes open for a missing 13-year-old boy.

Dominic Putnam was last seen before 9 a.m. Wednesday on foot north of Massachusetts Avenue in the New Port Richey area.
The teen is the brother of Jenica Randazzo, 9, and the grandson of Angela Rios. Both were killed in their Catherine Street home on Feb. 5. Angela Rios’ son, Jason, stands accused in the crime, which resulted in a SWAT callout and the serious injury of another child in the home.

Dominic is described as being about 5 feet, 7 inches in height and weighs 156 pounds. He has hazel eyes, brown hair and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and brown cargo pants.
Anyone who spots the teen is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 1-800-873-TIPS. Pasco deputies have described the teen as endangered.
