BurgerFi Opening In Trinity

The gourmet burger joint is opening in the Mitchell Ranch Plaza.

TRINITY, FL β€” Burger lovers will soon have a new option on the menu in the Trinity area.

BurgerFi, a South Florida-based company, has announced plans to open up shop in Mitchell Ranch Plaza soon. The new location will be the chain’s 31st in Florida and its 81st worldwide. The company is on track to have 100 locations open by the end of 2016.

β€œThe trendsetting concept and success of BurgerFi’s natural burgers started just five years ago, so announcing our 81st restaurant today is truly a remarkable milestone,” Corey Winograd, the company’s CEO said in a statement. β€œWe couldn’t be more proud of BurgerFi’s incredible growth, both nationally and abroad, and we want to thank all of our devoted fans, franchisees, staff and supporters as this would not be possible without them.”

BurgerFi serves only fresh, never-frozen, burgers that are steroid, antibiotic and growth-hormone free. Its meats are also chemical and additive free, the company says. Other menu items include hand-cut fries, handmade onion rings, proprietary Vegefi burgers and more.

The new Trinity location will feature chairs made form β€œupcycled Coca-Cola bottles, tables from compressed recycled wood and ceiling fans that conserve electricity,” the company announced.
