Caregiver Accused Of Neglect After 3-Year-Old Found Alone At Pool

HOLIDAY, FL -- A 29-year-old Holiday woman is accused of child neglect after a 3-year-old child she was caring for wandered to an apartment complex pool by himself.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrested Rachael Ann Willingham of Plaza Drive on Monday after a resident reported that the little boy had shown up alone at the apartment complex pool shortly before 7 p.m. and had been there for about 20 minutes.

When deputies arrived, they say they found Willingham, who is the child's primary caregiver, with a group of intoxicated adults. She said she didn't know the boy was missing.
