I was wondering if anyone knows who I can contact regarding the rentals of Pavilions at Crews Lake Park? We are a non-profit that has rented the 2 pavilions out there each year for the past 3 years and have had no issues. This year, we went to the Hudson Rec Center 2 months ago to rent them in October and were told they changed the rules and that we could not rent them that far in advance, but had to come 90 days prior...Well, today is the 90 days prior and we were told that one of the pavilions is already rented. When we asked about the 90 day rule, they stated that this was "mailed" in, so they take priority over us. We would have mailed ours in as well if we would've known this! So...we then asked for the date of November 2nd, which is more than 90 days out, of course, and guess what? One of the pavilions was booked for this date as well!!! I am very frustrated right now and would really like to speak with someone regarding this new rule, that apparently doesn't pertain to everyone...
