Crime Stoppers Puts Spotlight On 3 Fugitives
The organization that offers rewards in criminal cases would like to see these three people brought into custody.
TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents in need of extra cash might find some is on the line if they happen to know the whereabouts of a wanted fugitive.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay, an organization founded to help law enforcement find fugitives, is putting the spotlight on three particular wanted men in the month of February. Information that leads to an arrest could be worth up to $3,000 in reward money.

Kirk McKenzie Kelly, 24
Kelly is wanted by the Tampa Police Department for his alleged involvement in racketeering, delivery of MDMA, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a controlled substance and a host of other charges.

Nathaniel Philippe, 19
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Philippe in connection with robberies that occurred in late October and early November. He faces two counts of robbery with a firearm.
“Philippe and his co-defendant are accused of luring the victims to a Tampa apartment complex after posting an advertisement on Craigslist and OfferUp for a vehicle for sale,” Crime Stoppers explained in a media release. “Both suspects displayed a firearm and robbed the victims of jewelry, cell phones and cash.”
Anthony Stephens “Lil Ant,” 19
Stephens is wanted in connection with a Jan. 28 home invasion that occurred in Holiday. He faces such charges as home invasion robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, burglary and child abuse.
