Depression No. 4 Opens in Holiday
The depression is close to the location where two other holes opened in the past few days.

Another possible sinkhole has opened up in a Holiday neighborhood near where Pasco County was conducting utility work.
This hole is located at 4935 Rosedale Lane, just north of Bartelt Road, where the county had been performing work on a lift station. Work was halted last week as a precaution after two depressions opened up along Torch Street.
The latest depression was reported around 5:02 p.m. Saturday, according to county spokesman Doug Tobin. The hole is estimated to be about 10 feet in diameter and is about 6 feet deep.

Tobin said a vehicle is leaning into the hole up to its bumper, similar to what happened in the first incident along Torch Street.
The third hole in Holiday opened Friday near Anclote River Park.

The county’s utility work has not resumed at this point, Tobin noted. Work is on hold until experts have a chance to examine the depressions.
