NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Pasco County residents are continuing the ongoing trend of using food to solve arguments. This week, Pasco County Sheriff's deputies made arrests for battery with a turkey sandwich and battery with a bell pepper.
Billy Bryant, 40, of Cardy Street in New Port Richey was charged with domestic battery after deputies said he pushed a woman's head into a vehicle and then struck her with a turkey sandwich.
The incident was observed by a witness.

Also this week, deputies arrested Jennifer Brassard, 48, of Shetland Lane in Brooksville after they said she got into an argument with a man and threw a table and a bell pepper at him. She was charged with battery.
