Dispute Between Hudson Neighbors Ends In Shooting Death
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal neighborhood shooting in Hudson on Tuesday night.

HUDSON, FL -- The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal neighborhood shooting in Hudson on Tuesday night.
At 8:17 p.m., Pasco deputies received a call regarding a shooting in the 12000 block of Victory Drive in Hudson.
When they arrived, they discovered that an ongoing neighbor dispute escalated when James Edward Miller, 50, entered Tim Fryling's property and made threats.

The threats progressed into Miller physically battering Fryling's wife, Donna, 59, at the home and making threats to Fryling, 66.
Deputies said Fryling retreated inside the house and retrieved a gun. He returned outside and warned Miller multiple times to leave the property.

When Miller refused to leave, Fryling shot him, according to deputies.
Miller was transported to the hospital where he died.
The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been filed at this point. Fryling is cooperating with the investigation.
