Here is another thing that is what's wrong with West Pasco, Doesn't this sign look great? Not, again we were told we had to invert the sign until we build a Free standing building on the property, until then we cannot have our business sign facing out , so it looks better like this? they ask what is wrong with West Pasco, well here is a prime example. Why not allow the sign to be displayed properly? Our actual Office is just across the street the property was purchased to expand our business parking facilities ,but yet a gain Pasco rules states you can not display a sign or put a fence around the property unless their is a free standing building on the property , I don't need another office , The one I have is sufficient but I would like to be able to take advantage of the commercial property I have purchased for commercial use. This again is what is wrong with West Pasco , some rules and law and must be reevaluated.
