Gulf Coast Harley-Davidson expects about 2,500 bikers from all over the state to ride to Brandon in honor of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The event also benefits two charities related to first responders and the military, the Michael Lynch Memorial Foundation and the Special Ops Warrior Foundation.
A memorial ceremony will be held at the end of the run featuring a military color guard and rifle team.

The after-party includes food, live music, and prizes including a $1,000 Visa card, a big-screen TV, and an iPad.
