Have you ever wished for a gentler, REALISTIC Yoga that you can do, despite injuries, aches and pains and bones that don't always want to cooperate?
Would you like meditation included in that Yoga?
Then you're in luck!
Shaanthi Yoga just might be for you!
I'm offering my very first Fall, outside class and hope to see you there.
I am accepting donations for the ASC (see message at the bottom of this post) for this event.Â
Please RSVP to murgaine@gmail.com to reserve your spot, as class size will be limited to the small area around the Veteran's monument!
You might have just seen me there, in the story on page 3 of the September 26 issue of The SunCoast News!
