FL Pastor, Ex-Deputy Arrested In Molestation Of 4 Kids: Reports

A 56-year-old Pasco County pastor is accused of molesting four children from 2021 until this year, media reports say.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — A pastor and former deputy in Pasco County has been arrested in connection with the molestation of four children, local media reports say.

Pasco County Jail records on Tuesday showed Angelo Musicaro, 56, remained in custody following his arrest.

The allegations of molestation are from this year and as far back as 2021, WFLA reported, citing the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. They involve a child who reported being touched inappropriately under her clothes on five different occasions between 2021 and 2025, the news outlet reported.

Another child said she was asked to get undress and "commit a lewd act" with Musicaro, WFLA reported.

Musicaro faces at least four charges after being accused of molestation/fondling a victim of less than 12 years of age, facing a life sentence for each count, Fox 13 News reported.

Pastor of Worship-Life Church, Musicaro also filled various roles with the sheriff's office on and off from October 1997 to March 2017, including as a deputy and a school resource officer, the news outlet reported.

Church Pastor Stephen Salanitri, who also serves at Worship-Life, reportedly shared a video statement. Per Fox 13, he said in part:

"Let’s say he is guilty. You are still extremely ignorant to put something online about somebody before you even know anything about them."

The video reportedly garnished criticism against the church.

“The victims in this case are safe and receiving the necessary resources,” authorities said, per WFLA.
