Follow-up Letter from Representative Mike Fasano re Hurricane Catastrophe Fund

State Representative Mike Fasano, as Chairman of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee has sent a follow-up letter to Dr. Jack Nicholson, Chief Operating Officer of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.  In the letter Chairman Fasano requests a follow-up to his June 25, 2013 letter requesting copies of legal opinions and related documents regarding the authority of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to classify residential condominiums as commercial property.  Dr. Nicholson has not provided the requested information.
