Attached is a letter from State Representative Mike Fasano, as Chairman of the Joint Adminstrative Procedures Committee, to Dr. Jack Nicholson, Chief Operating Officer of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund.  In the letter Chairman Fasano responds to Dr. Nicholson's June 13, 2013 letter by requesting copies of legal opinions and related documents regarding the authority of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to classify residential commercial condominiums as commercial property.
