GULFSIDE REGIONAL HOSPICE’S NEW PORT RICHEY THRIFT SHOPPE CELEBRATING ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH SALE
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. (October 18, 2013) – Gulfside Regional Hospice’s Thrift Shoppe in New Port Richey is celebrating its one year anniversary by holding a 25 percent off storewide “Sale-a-Bration” from November 4 – 9 during normal store hours.
To kick off the week of Sale-a-Bration, the thrift shoppe will be hosting Dale Smrekar, president of Downsizing Advisory Service, on Monday, November 4 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. as he offers in-store antique appraisals. He will appraise any single item brought to him for $2 or three items for $5. All the proceeds from the appraisals will go to support Gulfside’s Hike for Hospice on November 10.
The thrift shoppe moved to its current location, 6117 State Road 54 in New Port Richey, after Tropical Storm Debby caused damage to its previous location in 2012. The store sells a variety of items, all received through donations, such as gently used clothing, books, furniture, antiques, household items, sporting goods and more. Items in each store vary from day to day thanks to the donations received, so you never know what treasure you might find.
