On Saturday, October 10th, 2015, John Timpanelli will be presenting the 6th Annual Stars of Tomorrow Talent Search at the Aripeka Elks.
John Timpanelli, President and Founder of Tin Pan Alley Productions, brings over 40 years of experience in show business not only as a headlining performer who has worked with such greats as Florence Henderson, Buddy Hackett, Shirley Jones, and Ethel Merman just to name a few, but also as an agent, director and producer who has brought such major acts as Carol Channing and Shirley Jones to the State of Florida. John, a local hometown boy in Pasco County since the age of 4, continues to do local events that support the Arts and our youth. He continues to put on productions for all ages in the local community and throughout the State of Florida.
On Saturday, October 10th, 2015, John will be presenting the 6th Annual Stars of Tomorrow Talent Search at the Aripeka Elks. The purpose of this talent search is to increase interest in the performing arts and to provide a platform for rising stars to perform for a welcoming audience! All types of talent are welcome to participate including, but not limited to, singers, dancers, bands, comedians, jugglers, magicians. There will be several professional judges, as well as audience voting.
There will be three categories: Category 1: Ages 18 and over; Category 2: Ages 11-17; and Category 3: Ages 4-10.
Cash prizes! The Grand Prize will be by audience vote and a separate cash prize goes to one winner in each of the three categories.
Cost to enter is $15 per act in advance at audition. Auditions are by appointment only on October 3rd and October 4th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days. To schedule audition appointment time, send an email before 4:00 p.m. October 2nd. Audience tickets are $15 each. For more information and to order tickets, call us at (727) 863-4092.
