HOLIDAY, FL —A Holiday is facing charges after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies said he did roofing work without a license.
Harry Rieger Jr., 62, was hired to construct a front porch roof on a home for $3,600. It took him three months to complete the work.
The work requires a roofer's license. Rieger's license expired in 1993.
