Holiday Man Accused Of Murder Says Neighbors Bullied Him: Report
In an interview from the Land O' Lakes Detention Center, the Holiday man accused of shooting his neighbor said he was bullied and harassed.

HOLIDAY, FL β In an interview from the Land Oβ Lakes Detention Center, the Holiday man accused of shooting his neighbor told News Channel 8 that his neighbors had bullied and harassed him for two years.
Qiu Feng Ke, 60, was charged with premeditated murder in the shooting death of his Beacon Square neighbor on Tuesday, Jan. 23.
According to the Pasco County Sheriffβs Office, deputies were called to 3519 Richboro Drive at 12:22 p.m. and found the resident, Edward Tudor, 37, shot to death in his front yard.

Shortly after deputies arrived, Ke walked out of his house at 3527 Richboro Drive carrying two magazines of ammunition. Pasco Sheriff Chris Nocco said Ke told deputies he was responsible for the shooting.
According to sheriffβs reports, Tudor was in his house studying when Ke approached his front door carrying two loaded handguns. Ke told sheriffβs deputies that he opened fire on him when Tudor answered his door. He said he continued shooting as Tudor crawled outside into his front yard.

Deputies said an unnamed woman, also a resident, was in the home at the time of the shooting. Ke told deputies he planned to shoot her as well and then hang himself.
Born in China, Ke purchased his home on Richboro Drive in 2014, according to the Pasco County Property Appraiserβs Office. Tudor owned his home at 3519 Richboro Drive since 2009.
Ke told News Channel 8 that Tudor and others who lived in Tudorβs home had tormented him, banging on the walls of his home to prevent him from sleeping.
Ke is charged with first-degree premeditated murder and attempted homicide. Sixth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Kimberly Campbell declined to release Ke on bond during a hearing Wednesday, Jan. 24.
