Holiday Man Accused Of Raping, Imprisoning Woman

HOLIDAY, FL — A 30-year-old Holiday man was arrested after being accused of raping a woman and holding her prisoner.

Aaron Valley Hood of Cincinnati Drive was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of sexual battery and false imprisonment.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, the victim said Hood invited her to his house on Oct. 21 where he raped and choked her, and then refused to let her leave.

When Hood was interviewed, detectives said he changed his story several times. He first denied knowing the victim. Then he said she came to his house but never went inside. He finally told detectives that he had sex with the victim, but it was her idea.
