Holiday Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Girl For 6 Years
A 39-year-old Holiday man is facing sexual battery and molestation charges after being accused of abusing a child for six years.
HOLIDAY, FL —A 39-year-old Holiday man is facing sexual battery and molestation charges after being accused of abusing a child for six years.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrested Eric Graves of Elkridge Drive after the victim, now 15 years old, told investigators that she was repeatedly sexually abused by Graves starting when she was 9 years old. The sheriff's office said Graves has custodial authority over the girl when the abuse began.
A medical exam of the girl provided evidence of the abuse.

Graves was charged with two counts of sexual battery on an underage victim and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation. He was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Bond was set at $20,000.
