Holiday Man Accused Of Spray Painting Graffiti Along U.S. 19
A 22-year-old Holiday man has been arrested on multiple counts of criminal mischief after caught on video spray-painting graffiti.

HOLIDAY, FL — A 22-year-old Holiday man has been arrested on five counts of criminal mischief after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies said he spray-painted multiple properties along U.S. 19 between Dec. 25 and Jan. 3.
According to the sheriff's office, on Dec. 28 Luis Joel Velez-Rosano of Easter Place was caught on surveillance video climbing onto the roof of a home on U.S. 19 and spray painting the phrase "F... the police, Happy New Year, and JALB (his tag)."
Velez-Rosano is also accused of tagging the rear of another building, a van on U.S. 19 in Holiday, the wall of a business on U.S. 19 North in New Port Richey, a Blue Rhino storage container, an ATM, a parking lot sign and a stop sign at a Public on U.S. 19 in New Port Richey.

Deputies estimate the damage to be more than $4,000.
When interviewed, Velez-Rosano admitted to the vandalism. He was charged with five counts of criminal mischief. His bond was set at $8,000.
