Holiday Man Arrested After Being Accused Of Fondling 9-Year-Old

HOLIDAY, FL — A 29-year-old Holiday man has been charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and molesting and fondling a victim under the age of 16 after he was accused of exposing himself and inappropriately touching a child on separate occasions.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Jeffrey Aaron Jardell was accused of exposing himself in front of a 9-year-old girl and her siblings and fondling the 9-year-old girl. Jardell was acquainted with the mother of the children. Detectives said the incidents took place in the children's home and in the car while he was taking the children to get pizza in the Holiday area.
