Hudson Man Accused Of Getting 14-Year-Old Pregnant

HUDSON, FL -- A 51-year-old Hudson man has been arrested after being accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl who became pregnant.

Brian Casey Alvarez was arrested Thursday after the Pasco County Sheriff's Office investigated a complaint that he had sex with a teen girl who he had custodial authority over between October and February.

When the teen was questioned, she told deputies that he asked if he could have sex and she agreed because she wanted to have a baby. She said they had sex about 10 times.

Despite text messages on the victim's phone from Alvarez acknowledging the relationship, Alvarez denied any contact with the teen.

He was charged with sexual battery custodial authority and transported to the Land O' Lakes Detention Center where he's being held without bond.
