NEW PORT RICHEY, FL — Human bones were discovered near a New Port Richey homeless encampment, authorities said Thursday.

According to the Pasco Sheriff's Office, the bones were found near the intersection of Little and Plathe roads.

Authorities did not release additional details. The Pasco Sheriff's Office is investigating.
