HOLIDAY, FL — Florida Highway Patrol troopers say they found jello shots, beer and an open bottle of Tito's vodka in the trunk of a car they pulled over going 107 mph on Interstate 75 on New Year's Day.
Troopers said they pulled over the car driven by 22-year-old April Moyer just after 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 as she was headed north on I-275 in Pinellas County. Troopers said she was going 107 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Troopers said Moyer showed signs of driving under the influence including bloodshot, glassy eyes and poor balance. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests, they said.
