K9 Shep Tracks Accused Trailer Thief Hiding In Bush
Pasco Sheriff's K9 Shep proved once again that he's well worth his salary in dog chow.

HUDSON, FL — K9 Shep proved once again that he's well worth his salary in dog chow after helping the Pasco County Sheriff's Office track down a man accused of stealing a trailer.
Early Monday, deputies responded to a report of a theft in progress in Hudson. The victim saw two people stealing a 12-foot trailer valued at $1,200 from his property.
Deputies located a truck hauling the stolen trailer but the two people in the truck fled.

One man, Randall Caraway, 48, of Hudson was caught after a foot chase by deputies. Shep and his partner, Deputy Nick Carmack, tracked Davey Beebe, 47, of Hudson who was found hiding in a bush.
Both were in possession of methamphetamine. Additionally, Beebe is considered a prolific offender with 12 previous arrests.
