PORT RICHEY, FL — A 63-year-old Port Richey man has been charged with domestic battery after Pasco County Sheriff's deputies said he shut a freezer door on a woman's head.
According to the sheriff's office, Frank Sorbera of Vera Drive was arrested Wednesday after a woman told deputies they had gotten into a fight when she asked Sorbera to shower before having sex with her.
When questioned, Sorbera acknowledged that they had been arguing, and then he heard her getting food out of the freezer. He told deputies he shut the freezer door without realizing her head was in the way.
