Man Accused Of Threatening To Kill Neighbors With Pellet Gun
A Pasco County man is accused of threatening neighbors with a pellet gun and bringing marijuana into the county jail.

PORT RICHEY, FL — A 46-year-old New Port Richey man has been arrested after being accused of threatening neighbors with a pellet gun and bringing marijuana into the Land O' Lake's Detention Center when he was arrested.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Derick Wade Tidwell of Walnut Street was charged with aggravated assault and introduction of contraband Monday.
According to deputies, Tidwell pointed a pellet gun at neighbors and told them, "I'm going to put you in the ground."

Upon his arrest, deputies discovered a bag of marijuana in his pocked. While being processed, Tidwell told deputies that he was going to bond out and go back and kill his neighbors.
His bond was set at $10,000.
