Man Killed In 2-Truck Crash On Pasco County Highway
A 63-year-old Dade City man died after his truck overturned following the crash on County Road 578, authorities said.
PASCO COUNTY, FL β A Dade City man died early Saturday morning after he lost control of his truck and collided nearly head-on with another truck on a Pasco County highway.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 2:50 a.m. on County Road 578 just west of Robert Barns Road. Police said the 63-year-old Dade City man was driving west on CR-578 when he lost control of his truck and traveled into the eastbound lane, colliding nearly head-on with another truck.
Following the crash, the Dade City man's truck overturned while the second came to a rest on the road's shoulder, police said.

The Dade City man died at the scene of the crash, police said.
The driver of the second truck β a 20-year-old man also from Dade City β and two passengers suffered minor injuries in the collision.
