Duncan and Delgado both face three counts of first-degree murder and a single count of attempted murder.
Pasco deputies say the capture resulted from a joint effort between the Pasco, Jacksonville, Hernando and Pinellas sheriff’s offices, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the New York Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
